By visiting or using the Beyond 50K: The Community Celebration experience (“the Site”) for Beyond with Cesar Pagan, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is a temporary, live community experience for the celebration on Wednesday 9/2 · 7PM EST. It lets visitors place a pin on a shared globe during the YouTube live stream. It is not a social network, account service, or permanent data platform.

• One submission per email address
• Participation is voluntary
• Your name and location are publicly visible to all visitors — submit only what you are comfortable sharing
• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you submit
• You must be at least 13 years old, or use the Site with a parent or guardian’s permission where required

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, misleading, or impersonating names or locations
• Harass others or disrupt the live experience
• Spam, overload, or abuse the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the globe, APIs, or security measures
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We may remove content, block submissions, or restrict access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The Site and live stream are provided for the event experience only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate globe placement, realtime delivery, or error-free operation — including during high traffic on live night.

Official messages may be shown to visitors during the event. You may dismiss them in your browser; new messages may still appear.

The Site, globe experience, branding, and event materials belong to their respective owners. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display information you submit on the Site for the duration of the event experience.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATORS, HOSTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Site operators and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms or discontinue the Site at any time, before or after the live event. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
